2. Payments

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
  • Work begins after advance or milestone payment is received.
  • Late payments may result in project suspension.
  • All fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities
